Our origin and our source of experience

Automation Solutions

Every automation system must be programmed, built and put into operation. We have been doing this very successfully for many years for a wide variety of systems in the biopharmaceutical and food industries.

Clarification down to the smallest detail, even if it's annoying: we don't give up.

Software-Engineering

Software needs a consistent and clear concept. This is crucial for the engineering process. The definition of interfaces, the options for obtaining process data and further processing in reporting systems and much more.

EMCR-Engineering

We lay the foundation for customer-specific automation solutions in the field of EMCR engineering (electrical measurement, control, regulation). Our work includes the planning of electrical switchgear, the drawing of circuit diagrams, the specification of components and, of course, the safety-related design.

Switchgear and electrical assembly

For our switchgear, we rely on close cooperation with our long-standing partners. All work steps are largely standardized and very well coordinated. Our assembly managers take over the assembly management on site.

Commissioning

During commissioning, we strongly emphasize continuous support through our experts. This is where our strengths come into play: continuous and long-term support during the commissioning phase by experienced and qualified specialists. During process commissioning, our team works flexibly on site or with smart remote maintenance solutions. This way we can ensure smooth operations and optimal results.

Functional descriptions

The key success factor for automation is that you understand at the beginning what the system should ultimately do. This is an essential core element of all subsequent steps. We align the structure of the functional description with the system on which the software will later be implemented.
